We feel it is extremely important to recognize and celebrate the youth who are working towards a vibrant future for Cape Breton Island. \nThe event celebrates winners from three categories: \n\nVital Excellence Award: Recognizes individuals who have played a vital role in their community through volunteerism\, culture\, innovation\, etc.\nVital Employer Award: Recognizes employers who have played a vital role in providing rewarding work opportunities to youth on Cape Breton Island.\nVital Employee Award: Employers can nominate an employee who plays a vital role in their workplace.\n\nOver the last 5 years\, the Vital Awards has attracted attendees such as: \n\nLeaders in business and innovation\nBusiness professionals from various industries\nPast Vital Award winners and nominees\nCommunity-minded individuals and volunteers\n\n
