DESCRIPTION:Bereaved Families of Cape Breton is offering the following Grief program: \nOur monthly Support and Share will be held on Monday\, January 16th\, from 6:00 – 7:00 pm. Bereaved Families monthly Support & Share sessions are open to anyone 18 years of age and older who is experiencing grief as the result of the death of a loved one. Support and Share sessions do not require advance registration. The sessions are offered in-person and virtual. \nAll Programs are complimentary (at no cost to participants) and are designed to bring people together who have lost a loved one. Programs will all take place at the Eltuek Arts Centre (formerly the Convent)\,170 George Street\, Sydney. \nFor more information on these programs or to register please visit their website or Facebook page.
