DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, March 31st \n6:30-7:30pm \nMcConnell Library (Sydney) \nJoin Mekenna from In Stride Animal Wellness and learn about managing and improving reactivity in your pet dogs: types of reactivity and reactive behaviours like barking\, lunging\, pulling\, etc. \nEveryone welcome (sorry\, no pups allowed in the library – with the exception of service dogs). Registration is not required. \nAbout: In Stride Animal Wellness promotes ethical\, evidence-backed\, fear-free handling to support effective training\, emotional well-being\, and building strong bonds. Mekenna holds multiple degrees from the U of T\, including animal science and psychology. She completed accreditation as a Pet Training Instructor and has extensive hands-on experience working with dogs and their owners. \n
