DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Sydney Walk To Make Cystic Fibrosis History at Wentworth Park.  It is happening on Sunday\, May 26th from 11:30am to 2pm. \nThis year we celebrate the Walk’s 20th year anniversary. This is CF Canada’s largest fundraising event that brings us together with one aim – fundraising to make an impact on the cystic fibrosis landscape and ensure that no-one is left behind. \nCystic fibrosis (CF) is the most common fatal genetic disease affecting Canadian children and young adults. At present\, there is no cure. \nYou can walk and fundraise as an individual or with your own team and\, no matter how you choose to participate in the Walk To Make Cystic Fibrosis History\, please know you’ll be helping in profound ways. Remember to call on your friends\, family members\, colleagues\, and neighbours to join our amazing community of supporters! \nWe can’t wait to see you\, walking side by side with families and friends from the cystic fibrosis community.
