New Police Station for Glace Bay Expected in 2017

Glace Bay should have a new police station by the end of the next year. Cape Breton Regional Police Cheif Peter McIsaac tells the Cape Breton Post the municipality has set aside 80-thousand-dollars to design a new building and a number of location are being considered. Currently the police force’s east division station in Glace Bay is housed in an old Devco building from the 1970’s.
