Sydney hooker johns case

A judge in Sydney has rejected defence arguments that the undercover police operation that resulted in the arrest of several men soliciting prostitutes was an abuse of process.

73 year old John Russell Mercer pleaded guilty yesterday to communicating for the purpose of obtaining sex and will be back in court November 15th. His lawyer is now planning to argue the police operation was entrapment.
