NDP table legislation in favour of low-income people

The NDP have tabled legislation that would amend the Nova Scotia Human Rights Code in favour of low-income people.  Programs targeting them would have to provide an adequate standard of living, with Nova Scotians being able to file complaints through the commission if access to food, water, housing and other services are threatened.
