Cape Breton busing concerns

The school board is trying to sort out problems with some school buses at New Waterford Elementary, which used to be Greenfield School.

The Cape Breton Post reports it has 500 students this year after the closure of two other schools in the area.  That means students who used to walk to school are now bused and parents say some have been left standing at bus stops and others have been getting off at the wrong stop.

The board says they will be trying colour-coded tags matching buses to make sure the right child is on the right bus and the right bus gets to the right place.
