Third-quarter spending up across Maritimes

Third-quarter spending went up across the Maritimes.  New data from Moneris shows PEI led Canada with a 7.8% increase, New Brunswick went up 5.5% and Nova Scotia 4.7%.  The national average was about a 4.8% increase year-over-year, with Alberta being the only province where spending was down: -2.6%.
