Richmond County audit

A forensic audit of Richmond County is recommending the council set up an anonymous whistleblower program.

There were several recommendations in the 312 page forensic audit prompted by questionable expenses.  One of them is that random internal audits be carried out and that the Chief Administrative Officer not be allowed to review his own expenses.
