Being Supportive After an Assault

Many loved ones want to offer support to someone who has experienced sexual assault, but don’t always know how. In this information session, friends, family, and intimate partners can learn about trauma, the impacts of sexual assault, strategies to show your support, how to develop healthy boundaries, and ways to care for yourself.
