Undercurrent Youth Centre is holding a Merry & Bright Shopping Night at the Centre at 224 York St. Glace Bay on December 9th from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. Enjoy a relaxing evening of shopping with local artisans and businesses. There will be door prizes, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sweets. Admission is by donation, with proceeds going to the youth centre.

The Polish Village Hall New Year's Eve celebration is back! This always-popular event features DJ Robin Krszwda. New Year's Eve, 9 p.m. to 1 a.,m. Tickets are $15 each and includes a light meal.
