ACAP Cape Breton and the Bras d’Or Lake Biosphere Region Association (BLBRA) invite the public to the eighth annual Bras d’Or Watch Field Day as part of Explore the Bras d’Or! This outdoor citizen science event teaches participants about the plants and animals of our beloved Bras d’Or Lake (or Pitu’paq, which is how the lake is referred to in Mi’kmaq). BAY-It-Forward presents Rediscover Main St. There will be a craft market on Commercial Street in Glace Bay every Saturday from July 30th to August 20th from 10am until 2pm with live music from 12pm until 2pm, and live music the following Tuesday from 12pm to 2pm. The Cape Breton Antique and Custom Car Club's Annual Community Cruise will take place Sunday, July 31.
